Stock Market on a “Sugar High”

PIMCO looks ahead to 2010 and sees that the dollar dropping is good for our manufacturing, but the market is on a “sugar high” the stimulus to the consumer has already been saved, not spent. Retail sales are disappointing. All profit growth has come from the cost side, not revenue increases. The dinosaur banks have less risk, but outside the formal banking system still has tremendous risk.
